These terms cover using this website and its demo. They’re not the terms for buying our service: if you become a customer, you’ll get a separate agreement that says exactly what’s included.

The demos

The interactive demos show how our products work. Everything in them is made up: the shops, the customers, the orders, the stock, the sample prices and the emails. Nothing you do in them is saved by us, and no email is ever sent from them. They’re simplified illustrations; the real products may look and work differently, and features can change.

Estimates and figures

The “what that’s worth” calculator and any timings or savings on this site are estimates based on the assumptions shown next to them. They aren’t a promise of any result for your business and aren’t financial or business advice. Your results depend on how your shop works.

Prices

Any prices shown on this site are a guide. The price you pay is the one in your written quote or agreement, which will state what’s included and whether GST applies.

Using the site properly

Please don’t:

• try to break, overload, probe or get around the security of the site;
• copy the site’s design, code, 3D models, images or text for your own use or to resell;
• use automated tools to scrape the site, or use it to do anything unlawful.

Our content

The Endcap Labs name and logo, and the site’s text, design, code, 3D models and images belong to us or are used with permission. You’re welcome to link to the site and share it.

Links to other sites

If we link to another website, we aren’t responsible for its content or how it handles your information.

Your rights under Australian law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law, or any other law, that can’t lawfully be excluded.

Limits on our responsibility

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it’s provided as-is and may sometimes be unavailable or contain mistakes. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for any loss that comes from using, or being unable to use, this website or its demo.

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when they last changed. These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and its courts deal with any dispute.
